This was a great surprise. I was in the neighborhood and decided to give it a try. Highly recommend the Halsted Scrambler. Absolutely delicious. Lots of flavors in one skillet. Nice little restaurant that serves only breakfast and lunch. Great location. Must try if you are in the neighborhood!!

Torn here - definitely a nice place but a little torn between a 3 and a 4. Here's the deal. I was a HUGE fan of the Eggsperience in Park Ridge. I really enjoyed the food and the overall size / layout of the place.

I know this is a city location and, therefore, space is a bit more packed. Maybe it was the layout. It just seemed a bit more crammed. Food was pretty good - I just feel it was that much better in Park Ridge.

Don't get me wrong - good experience - everything was good and comparable. It's a solid "A-OK, good place to eat." Was I as impressed with is as other, similar restaurants? Not as much as I wanted to be.

I'm sure I'll find my way back and update if the experience changes.

I've been here twice now and both times the food was delicious. First time I got a spicy chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. I asked for honey mustard with it but their honey mustard is made there so it takes kinda bitter. The second time I got the Yia Yias Waffle, it was extremely good and refreshing. It wasn't too heavy on the stomach and the honey instead of maple syrup was great! The only thing is that they put WAY TOO MUCH Greek yogurt. Seriously, they over do it.  4/5 stars

Okay now let's talk about the service. The service is easily 3/5 stars. Both times I've gone we have had issues with our servers getting the orders wrong or forgetting things. Also it's takes forever for them to greet you and when they finally do take your order, it takes ages for your food to arrive. I go to plenty of breakfast places and have actually serve breakfast before and from my experiences breakfast food is usually up extremely quick. This is the place you wanna go If you have to be somewhere. A 30-45 min breakfast can turn into an 1 hour+.

The ambiance is friendly and the hostess is sweet. The bathrooms are kept clean and so is the establishment. 5/5 stars

Stopped in for a quick breakfast yesterday morning. My friend ordered a Build Your Own (BYO) skillet, and I ordered the corned beef hash and eggs.

    Pros:
    -free parking across the street
-homemade corned beef hash, which was not oily or greasy
    -huge portions
    -friendly service
    -free coffee to-go cup

    Cons:
-over cooked eggs for both dishes
    -mushy hash browns

The eggs for my friend's skillet were burned on one side. The texture was rubbery and tough. It looks like they tried to hide it by serving the non-burned side up. I ordered soft scrambled eggs, but they were just regular scrambled eggs. I'm very particular about my eggs, so this was disappointing. I will have to order over easy next time. The hash browns are something in between mashed potatoes and hash browns, which can be a plus or minus depending on the person. I personally like hash browns on the crispy side.

I really enjoyed my corned beef hash because it was homemade and not greasy. I prefer savory over sweet when it comes to breakfast, and Eggsperience has many options for me. I come here even though Stax is a 30 second walk from my house because of this reason alone. The host and server were friendly and accommodating.

Stopped in this place randomly on a rainy Sunday and were pleasantly surprised. Seated immediately, got the feel of a mom and pop type ihop ha. The coffee, omelets, and pancakes were gooooood "think Jim Carry's voice haha"
We were happy to find a place with parking along a side street without meters that was good wholesome food!
